Zoho and DCB Bank : End User License Agreement.
- I understand that this integration will allow me to initiate payment instructions from within Zoho instead of logging into DCB Bank’s Internet Banking Portal.
- I acknowledge that Zoho merely acts as a transaction aggregator and all the payment instruction initiated via Zoho will be processed by DCB Bank through DCB Bank's Internet Banking Portal.
- I acknowledge that all payment instructions will be deemed complete only upon valid confirmation by DCB Bank.
- I acknowledge that DCB Bank, and not Zoho, may levy transactional charges for processing payment instructions and that the transaction charges will be calculated as per the schedule of charges I agreed with DCB Bank.
- I agree not to hold Zoho liable for any delay/failure in the processing of payments that occur due to (a) network unavailability, or (b) errors that are directly or indirectly attributable to DCB Bank.
- I understand that any claim against Zoho must be initiated within a period of 90 days from the date of occurrence of event that gave rise to the claim.
- I understand that I'm responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials of my Zoho account and for all activities that occur as part of my availing of the integration.
- I understand that I'm responsible for ensuring accuracy of the payment information before initiating payment instructions.
- I declare that the payment instructions will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- I understand that the transaction limit for initiating payments will be in accordance with my agreement with DCB Bank.
- I understand that Zoho does not control the transaction authorization workflow of my DCB Internet Banking Account and the authorization workflow will be in accordance with my agreement with DCB Bank.
- I acknowledge that Zoho has the right to temporarily or permanently disable or suspend the integration without any prior notice.
