  • Can I be a part of multiple hubs?

    Yes, you can be a part of multiple hubs by accepting the invitations from the hub admins. To see the list of hubs you're a part of, click your profile image in the top-right corner, then go to My Hubs.

  • What privileges do hub admins have in Zoho Learn?

    In addition to the privileges of the members in your hub, hub admins can:

    • Enable or disable knowledge or learning modules
    • Manage users in the hub
    • Manage spaces, manuals, and courses
    • Manage tags and categories
    • Add a custom domain to your hub
    • Set policy restrictions in your hub
  • What is the best way to stay updated with the changes in my hub?

    You will get in-app and email notifications for the updates in the spaces, manuals, courses, and lessons in your hub. The Activity tab provides a timeline of the recent activities in your hub. 

  • Can I import documents to Learn?

    Yes, you can import preexisting documents into articles and lessons in Learn.

  • Can I monetize the courses I create in Zoho Learn?

    No, you will not be able to monetize the courses you create in Zoho Learn.

  • Can non-Zoho users access the courses I create?

    No, only Zoho users that are a part of your hub will be able to access the courses you create.

  • Who is a user in Zoho Learn?

    Anyone who is a part of a hub will be considered as a user in Zoho Learn.

  • What is data storage?

    Data storage is the amount of storage capacity available as part of your plan to store your attachment files such as images, videos, documents, etc. This does not include storage needed for your articles, manuals, lessons, and courses.

Payments and Billing

  • Is Zoho Learn a part of Zoho One?

    Yes, Zoho Learn is a part of Zoho One. With a Zoho One account, you will have full access to all the features that are offered under Zoho Learn's Professional plan.

  • How do I upgrade my account?

    Log in to Zoho Learn and click the Upgrade button in the top-right corner. Pick the plan that suits your needs and make the payment.

  • Should I pay for all the users, even if they are just readers in a manual?

    If you'd like to keep your manuals private to your hub, you will have to add all the users to your hub. Any user that you add, irrespective of the permissions, will be considered for the subscription plan.

    If you want users outside your hub to view your manuals, it is sufficient for you to add only the contributors to your hub and enable external sharing for the viewers.

  • How do I turn off the Knowledge or Learning module?

    The hub admin will be able to enable or disable the modules in your hub based on the needs of your organization.

    Yes, you can create a custom domain and map it to your hub in Zoho Learn.

Knowledge

  • I created a manual inside a space. Why does the default permission for the space show "disabled"?

    When you create a manual inside a space, the permission for the members of the space will be disabled by default. You can choose one of the access privileges to share the manual with the space members.

  • How do I save an article as a template?

  • How do I share a manual with everyone in my hub?

    1. Navigate to the manual, then click Share. Access for the members in the hub and the space will be disabled by default.

    You can enable external sharing for a manual and share the URL with users outside your hub. You can also set a password to restrict access and add an expiration date for the manuals.

  • What types of lessons can I create?

    You can create lessons using the following content types in Zoho Learn:

  • What is a block lesson?

    With the help of blocks, you can mix different types of content in a single lesson. You will be able to create a combination of text, list, audio, video, image, document, and process content types.

  • What is the difference between a co-author and an instructor?

    An instructor can view lessons and chapters in a course, evaluate quiz and assignment submissions, access course statistics, and post questions and answers in lesson discussions. In addition to the privileges of an instructor, a co-author can make changes to the lessons and chapters in a course.
