# How can I see all expenses broken down by category?

Use the **Expenses by Category** report (Purchases and Expenses category). It aggregates total business expenses by category for a selected period — such as travel, office supplies, or logistics — giving you a clear view of where your operational spend is going.

For individual expense transactions, use the **Expense Details** report in the same category.
