# How do I submit my expenses for approval?

You cannot submit expenses for approval in Zoho Books. If your organisation requires transaction approvals for expenses, you can use [**Zoho Expense**](https://www.zoho.com/expense/). You can approve your expenses in Zoho Expense and [integrate it with your Zoho Books account](/books/help/integrations/expense-integration.html) to sync your expenses seamlessly.
