Why am I unable to select a business account during the WhatsApp sign-up process in Zoho Books?

You may not be able to select a WhatsApp Business account in the sign up dropdown in Zoho Books because of Meta’s restrictions. Here are some common reasons:

  • Phone Number Already Linked: If your phone number is linked to another Business Service Provider (BSP), Meta might disable your account. The phone number for your WhatsApp Business account that you want to connect with Zoho Books should only be connected to the Zoho BSP.

  • Personal Phone Number Used: You cannot use a personal phone number for your WhatsApp Business account.

If you have issues with your phone number or WhatsApp Business account, kindly contact Meta, as these restrictions are controlled by them.
