When I tried to lock purchase transactions, I am getting an error stating that the purchase lock date must be a date on or after the sales lock date. What should I do?

This error will appear when the purchases transaction lock date is set before the sales transaction lock date.

In this case, users can still edit or create purchase transactions, which could impact the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for the locked sales transactions.

Therefore, to maintain accurate Inventory Valuation and ensure the COGS for locked sales transactions remains unchanged, the purchase transactions lock date must always be set on or after the Sales lock date.
