How can my customers completely log out from both the IdP and Zoho Billing?
Logging out of the Customer Portal alone does not log you out from your active session in your IdP. To log out from both your IdP and Customer Portal, you must configure the Logout URL. While setting up SSO with an IdP, you will configure the Logout URL from the IdP to your organization, this will terminate all connections simultaneously via a centralized endpoint.
If you’re using a custom application as an IdP, you must develop a Logout URL in your custom application and configure it in your Zoho Billing organization.
