Where do I view all the written-off invoices?

To view the written-off invoices:

• Go to the Reports module from the left sidebar.
• Navigate to Accountant section and select Account Transactions.
• Click the More Filter option.
• Select the Account from the field filter dropdown and select Bad Debt account from the adjacent dropdown.
• Click Run Report.
