# How do I enable the Advanced Item Search option in my organization ?

You can drop an email to [support@zohobooks.com](mailto:support@zohobooks.com) with your **Organisation ID**. We will enable the feature for your organisation through which you can search for items and customers in transactions by the letters contained in their name rather than just the first letters.
