Is it possible to create an invoice that is common to more than one Zoho Books organization/entity?

No, there is currently no option to create a single invoice that applies to multiple Zoho Books organizations. You have to manually create the required transactions in each organization separately. However, you can import invoices from one organization into another to simplify the process.
