[Back](./) # How do I change the personal phone number used for my WhatsApp Business account integrated with Zoho Books? According to Meta’s restrictions, you cannot use the same phone number for both your business and personal accounts. It is suggested not to use a personal phone number for WhatsApp Business account, as this may result in data loss. However, if you’ve used your personal phone number for WhatsApp Business account, here’s how you can delete it from Zoho Books: * Go to **Settings**. * Select **WhatsApp** under _Integrations and Marketplace_. * Click the **Delete** icon near the phone number in the _Default WhatsApp Business Number_ section. * In the pop-up that appears, click **Delete** to confirm. After deleting the phone number in your Zoho Books organisation, you must also delete the same phone number in the Meta Business Suite. Here’s how: * Log in to Meta Business Suite. * Go to **Settings** in the bottom left corner of the page. * Go to _Accounts_ on the left sidebar and select **WhatsApp Accounts**. * Select the account associated with the phone number. * Click **WhatsApp Manager** at the bottom of the _Account Details_ section. * Click the **Delete** icon near the required phone number. * In the pop-up that appears, click **Delete** to confirm. After deleting the personal phone number associated with the business account, you will have to add a new phone number to your WhatsApp Business account. To add a new phone number in your Meta Business Suite: * Go to **Settings** in the bottom left corner of the page. * Go to _Accounts_ on the left sidebar and select **WhatsApp Accounts**. * Select the account to which you want to add a phone number that can be used for integration purposes. * Click **WhatsApp Manager** at the bottom of the _Account Details_ section. * Click **Add phone number** in the top right corner of the page. * Add the business phone number. Once you add a new phone number to your WhatsApp account in the Meta Business Suite, Meta will verify the phone number and approve it. Then, you can use it as your WhatsApp channel’s default phone number in Zoho Books.
