How do I change my customer’s billing and shipping address in a quote?

You can change the billing or shipping address of your customer in an existing quote or while creating a new quote. Here’s how:

  • Go to Sales on the left sidebar and select Quotes.
  • If you want to change your customer’s address in an existing quote, select the quote and click Edit on the quote’s Details page, or if you want to change your customer’s address while creating a new quote, click + New in the top right corner of the quote’s List page.
  • Click the Edit icon next to the customer’s billing or shipping address. If you’re creating a new quote, the customer’s address will be displayed once you select a customer.
  • In the pane that appears, you can select another address for your customer or add a new address by clicking + Add new address.
  • If you want to edit an address, click the Edit icon next to the address.
  • In the pop up that appears, make the necessary changes and click Save.
  • Click Save on the create or edit page of the quote. If you’re creating a new quote, you’ll have to enter the other necessary details to save the quote.
