Reach out to our support team at [support@zohobilling.com](mailto:support@zohobilling.com) to know more. The CoCreate Agent is an AI-powered assistant in Zoho Billing that automates record creation through text or voice prompts. Instead of filling in fields manually, you provide a prompt with the necessary information, and the agent navigates to the relevant module and auto-fills the record on your behalf. You can pause and resume the auto-filling process at any time. **Note:** CoCreate Agent is currently in Beta. The records you can create depend on your access permissions for the respective modules. **Scenario:** Patricia Boyle, a billing executive at Zylker, needs to raise multiple invoices at the end of each month. Instead of opening each invoice form and entering details manually, she uses the CoCreate Agent to describe the invoice in a prompt. The agent auto-fills the form with the customer name, line items, and amounts, saving her significant time. ## Supported Modules You can use CoCreate Agent to create records in the following modules in Zoho Billing: * Quotes * Invoices * Subscriptions * Credit Notes * Retainer Invoices * Expenses * Recurring Expenses * Reports ## Accessing CoCreate Agent You can open CoCreate Agent in two ways: * Click the **CoCreate Agent** icon in the widgets pane on any page. * Click the **CoCreate Agent** button on the record creation page of any supported module. ## Creating a Record Using CoCreate Agent To create a record using CoCreate Agent: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Click the **CoCreate Agent** icon in the widgets pane. * In the **CoCreate Agent** panel, select the module you want to create a record in from the **Select Module** dropdown. * Enter your prompt using one of the following methods: * Type your prompt directly in the **Type a prompt** text area. * Select a sample prompt from the **Prompt Guide** dropdown and fill in the required details. The recorded input will appear as text in the **Type a prompt** text area, where you can edit it if needed. * Click the **Send** icon. The CoCreate Agent will navigate to the selected module and begin auto-filling the new record with the details from your prompt. **Note:** Voice input is currently supported in English only. The transcribed text can be edited before sending. ## Using the Prompt Guide The Prompt Guide provides ready-made sample prompts to help you interact with CoCreate Agent. Each sample prompt includes placeholder fields for the specific details needed to create a record, such as customer name, item name, and quantity. This helps you understand how to frame your input so the agent can process it accurately. To use the Prompt Guide: * Click the **CoCreate Agent** icon in the widgets pane. * Select the required module from the **Select Module** dropdown. * Click the **Prompt Guide** dropdown and select a sample prompt. The selected prompt will appear in the **Type a prompt** text area. * Fill in the required details in the prompt, such as customer name, item name, and quantity. * Click the **Send** icon. The CoCreate Agent will navigate to the selected module and begin auto-filling the new record with the details from your prompt. ## Pausing Auto-Fill Once auto-filling begins, the CoCreate Agent panel appears on the left and the record creation page appears on the right. You can take control and pause the auto-filling process at any time using either of the following methods: * In the **CoCreate Agent** panel, click the **Stop** icon in the **Type a query** text box. In the **Stop current task** popup, click **Yes, Proceed**. * Click **Take Control** on the record creation page on the right. The auto-filling process will pause. The record creation page remains open, and you can edit the fields manually. ## Resuming Auto-Fill After pausing, you can resume the auto-filling process at any time. To resume auto-filling: * Click **Resume Autofill** on the record creation page. The CoCreate Agent will continue auto-filling from where it stopped. Once completed, the new record will be created with all the provided details.
