Zoho Connectの新機能

Get the list of tasks across all boards that you are a member of by going to the All Tasks tab. You can also filter them based on specific boards, assignees, task status and priority. 

You can easily refer to each section in your board through a unique URL.

If you think a manual is relevant to other groups or any of your other Zoho Connect networks, you can simply duplicate the manual instead of recreating it from scratch. 

Create multiple tasks or checklist items simply by copy-pasting text. Each line in your text can be created as a separate task or checklist item.

Posts that have a Zoho Docs link will now have a rich preview card with the title and thumbnail.

Our new product tour gives you a brief overview of the different modules in your network and their benefits.

類似のタスクをその都度一から作成する必要はありません。既存のタスクをテンプレートとして保存し、必要に応じて再利用できるようになりました。

マニュアルにアクセスできないネットワークメンバーと特定の記事を共有できるようになりました。記事を共有したメンバーには、読み取り専用の権限を与えることも、編集を許可することも可能です。 

メンバーは自分が参加しているボードをフォローできるようになりました。これにより、新規タスクの追加時や既存タスクの完了/再開時にメール通知やプッシュ通知を受信できるようになりました。

You can now share specific articles with network members who do not have access to your manual. Members you share the article with can either be given read-only permission, or you can allow them to edit the article. 

マニュアルを.zipファイル（すべての記事のPDFコピーを含む）としてエクスポートできるようになりました。

左のペインに表示するアプリの順序を自由に並べ替えできるようになりました。また、モバイルアプリのタブの順序もWebバージョンとは別の順序に変更できるようになりました。 

予定アシスタントとは、イ予定に直接参加せずに、予定を観察して報告するメンバーのことです。メンバーをアシスタントとしてネットワークに追加できるようになりました。予定に追加できるアシスタントの数に制限はありません。
