Aesthetic improvements in charts
Enhancements- Threshold line color selection option included to set the desired color for the threshold line in chart widgets.
- Area color selection option included to choose the desired color for the sections below and above the threshold line limit in Metric Line/Area/Bar charts.
- Sorting of pie chart and donut chart included. The segment of the chart can now be arranged in ascending or descending order on the value or name (label) property by which the chart is grouped. Learn More

Sender email address preference setting
Enhancements- When a verified and authenticated sender email address used in any email notification is deleted, it will be replaced with the default email address configured in the references section. Learn More
Acknowledge/Unacknowledge in alarms
New- The ability to Acknowledge and Unacknowledge alarms in the application has been introduced to enable users to manage better and track alarms. The acknowledged/unacknowledged status is used in trigger conditions in escalation and resolution actions in notification profiles. Learn More
Notification Profile - Escalation Action & Resolution Action condition
New- Notification profiles now support trigger conditions that consider an alarm's acknowledgment status. Hereafter, escalation actions can also be triggered for unacknowledged alarms, while resolution actions can be tied to acknowledged alarms. Learn More
Device Notification - Condition's key used in placeholder
Enhancements- In the case of device notification in alarm rules, the parsing key provided in the primary condition can be included in the description by using the # place holder option. Multiple conditions will be available for selection in the case of multiple conditions. Learn More

Manage/Unmanage action for assets, location, and peripheral devices
New- Users can now manage or unmanage a selected asset, location, or peripheral device. This allows them to disable datapoint processing, alarm rules, and live data processing for the chosen managed entities. Learn More

Sorting in reports
- Sorting of report columns has been introduced in Report Tables, allowing for enhanced data organization. Use the sort icon available in each column to easily arrange data as needed. The sorting will be retained in the exported report. Learn More
Hide title in widgets
Enhancements- The Hide Title setting has been introduced for all widgets, allowing users to enhance their viewing experience by displaying widgets without titles, regardless of their type and size. Learn More

Enhancements- Filtering of instances option introduced in the related model section in KPI datapoints.
Onboarding assistant
Enhancements- The onboarding experience has been enhanced with clear guidance, providing a smoother setup process for all device types.
Enhancements in message handler & formatter
Enhancements- Device Level Settings: Additional settings to control the behavior of the message formatter and handler at the device level are available.
Status: Allows control over the execution of the formatter/handler for the device.
Continue on Failure: Allows control over data processing in subsequent processes like datapoint processing and alarm rule evaluation, even if the execution fails.
Connection Update: Allows control over the execution of the handler function when an MQTT device connects or disconnects.
- State Memory Support: Message hander functionality in Custom functions has been enhanced to maintain and process contextual data with this option.
- Enhanced Debugging: Debugging has been improved with enhanced console options, available both at the Builder and the History Message Viewer.
Excel format of scheduled reports
Enhancements- Users can now receive scheduled reports in Excel format (.xlsx format), making data analysis and sharing more convenient. Learn More

Enhancements- Subscription usage widget has been introduced to display day-wise usage for the current subscription month.
GDPR PII Configuration screen
Enhancements- In PII Datapoints configuration, UI has been enhanced to display the managed entity along with the source/model in the same column for easy reference, and the module name in the PII Datapoints list. Learn More
Limit check for manage/unmanage action
Changes- The manage/unmanage actions that can be performed on managed entities such as devices, assets, and locations are limited based on the license plan and automatically reset every 24 hours. Learn More

Permission for Zoho CRM Integration
