If you are an admin of the org, you can log time for others by simply selecting the project and clicking the 'Log Time' option. You can also to create a new role with the option to manage timesheet entries for other users.
How can I share the project details with the client?
Zoho Invoice lets you share the timesheets with your clients through the client portal. You can enable this option in Portal Preferences under Branding in Settings.
