MSME Wall of Inspiration Campaign - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility to Participate

Participation in the Campaign is open to all individuals except to residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Crimea. In order to participate in the Campaign, you must (i) be of the age of majority as per the laws of your jurisdiction, and (ii) be legally competent to accept these Terms.

Submission and Publication of Contributions

1. In order to participate in the Campaign, you are required to share your insights or advice that would support or inspire MSME entrepreneurs ("Contributions") through an in-app form hosted within Zoho Invoice or via a dedicated landing page created for this Campaign ("Landing Page")

2. Zoho will review the Contributions provided as part of this Campaign and may shortlist select Contributions ("Eligible Contributions"), which may be published on the Landing page, social media platforms, and other publicly accessible channels. Zoho's decision regarding the selection and publication of Eligible Contributions shall be final.

3. You understand and agree that Zoho will use your personal information submitted in connection with the Campaign to provide attribution wherever the Eligible Contribution is published. If you prefer to maintain anonymity to your Contributions, you can choose not to share personally identifiable information about yourself.

4. You shall not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, in violation of third party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights, or otherwise inappropriate. Any such Contributions will not be considered for publication in the Landing Page

5. You are solely responsible for your Contributions, and Zoho does not assume any responsibility or liability in any manner with respect to your Contributions.

Use of Contributions

By submitting your Contributions for this Campaign, you grant Zoho a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Contributions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed

Personal Information and Privacy

By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information you provide in connection with this Campaign will be processed in accordance with Zoho's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Zoho and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses that you may incur in connection with your participation in the Campaign.

General Terms

1. If for any reason the Campaign is not capable of being conducted as described in these Terms, Zoho shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign.

2. Zoho may modify these Terms at any time, at its discretion. Any such modifications shall come into effect from the date they are published.

3. Any disputes or grievances arising out of or relating to this Campaign shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve any such disputes.
