# What happens if an invoice fails validation at AEAT?

If an invoice is rejected by AEAT, Zoho Invoice will notify you in the app and by email about the invoice status and the reason for rejection. You can create a [correction invoice](/invoice/help/e-invoicing/spain.html#correction-invoice) to rectify the error and send it again to AEAT.
