How are returns handled for online marketplace orders in Zoho Inventory?

When a return is initiated through one of your integrated marketplaces, you have to record a sales return for the same order manually in Zoho Inventory.

As you process the return in Zoho Inventory, you have to update its status in the marketplace simultaneously so your customer can follow up.

Insight: On processing the return, the current stock in Zoho Inventory will be reflected across all your integrated marketplaces automatically in the next sync.
