How do I end the trial period for my customer and activate their subscription?
If your customer wants to end their trial and start their paid subscription right away, here’s what you have to do:
- Go to the Subscriptions module from the left sidebar.
- Select a subscription and click Edit.
- Enter ‘0’ in the Trial Days field.
- Click Continue.
- Verify your changes in the Preview screen that follows.
- Click Update.
Now, the subscriptions will move to the Live status and your customer will be billed for it immediately.
