My Home

The My Home tab serves as your central workspace in Zoho Procurement. It provides quick access to creating purchase requests, tracking your recent purchase requests, and reviewing transactions that require your approval, all in one place without the need to navigate across multiple pages.

You can access My Home by clicking Home on the left sidebar and then clicking the My Home tab.

The My Home tab is divided into the following sections:

Quick Create Purchase Request

The Quick Create Purchase Request section helps you creates purchase requests faster using one of the following options:

Search Items

Use this option to select from items in your organization and enter their required quantities. Item details such as name, unit, and price are automatically populated, helping you raise requests quickly

New Purchase Request

Use this option to create a purchase request from scratch. You need to manually enter item details, quantities, expected dates, and other information.

Pending Approvals

The Pending Approval section contains purchase requests, purchase orders, and bills that require your approval.

My Recent Requests

The My Recent Requests section contains the purchase requests you recently created, allowing you to track their status and key details.
