Apart from Bank Transfer or Cheque, is there any payment mode I can use to transfer salaries to employees?
Yes. You can use Direct Deposit to transfer funds directly to your employees’ bank accounts.
Note: Zoho Payroll currently supports only ICICI Bank accounts for Direct Deposit.
- Go to Settings > Direct Deposit.
- Click Setup now.
- Enter your Corp ID and User ID and click Save.
- Once you approve your pay run, you will see an option to initiate direct deposit payments for employees.
Benefits of ICICI Bank Integration:
- Initiate payments directly from Zoho Payroll without logging into ICICI Bank CIB portal.
- Payment status gets automatically updated in Zoho Books.
