How do I assign salary structures to my employees?

To assign common salary structures to your employees, you should first create a salary template.

Go to Settings > Salary Templates.
Click the Create New button.
Enter a Template Name and Description.
Enter the Annual CTC.
Add the necessary salary components from the left sidebar and enter the Monthly Amount for each component.
Click Save.

Now when you create a new employee, you can choose the salary template in the Salary Details step.
