# Business Owners

This section is applicable only to companies and partnerships that have more than one owner. If the representative is also the owner, their details will be populated here.

To view the details and add more owners:

1.  Go to _Settings_ by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top-right corner.
    
2.  Click _Business Owners_.
    
3.  Click **\+ Add Owner** and enter the following details:
    
    *   **First and Last Name**
    *   **Email, Phone and Address**
    *   **Ownership Percentage:** It is mandatory to provide the details of owners who have more than 10% of the company’s shares.
    *   **Date of Birth**
    *   **PAN (Permanent Account Number):** A unique 10-digit alphanumeric number issued by the Income Tax Department to Indian taxpayers.
4.  Accept the terms and click **Save**.

The owner’s details will be added.

**To edit or delete owners:**

1.  Go to _Settings_ by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top-right corner.
2.  Click _Business Owners_.
3.  Click the **Edit** icon if you’d like to make any changes.  
    or
4.  Click the **Trash** icon to delete a business owner.
