At the moment, Zoho Payments supports payment collection via cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfer (early access). The activation time for each payment method may vary. All payment methods, except UPI payments via RuPay credit cards, will be enabled by Zoho Payments within 10 business days after your account becomes active. You will be notified as soon as each payment method is enabled. Payments can be collected only within **India** and in **INR**. **Insight:** If you want to charge a convenience fee to your customers, contact [support@zohopayments.com](mailto:support@zohopayments.com) to enable the option. An 18% GST is applicable on the fee, except for card payments up to ₹2,000. * * * * [Supported Payment Methods](#Supported-Payment-Methods) * [Manage Payment Methods](#Manage-Payment-Methods) ## Supported Payment Methods ### UPI (Unified Payments Interface) Your customers can pay you using a UPI app of their choice linked to their bank accounts or RuPay credit cards. Customers can make payments using any of the following methods: * Scan and pay via QR code * Pay via UPI ID * UPI Intent * UPI via RuPay Credit Cards * UPI Credit Lines * UPI AutoPay **Notes:** * The Pay via UPI ID option for one-time payments will be deprecated by February 28, 2026. This option will remain available for recurring payments via UPI mandates and for transactions initiated on iOS devices until NPCI deprecates it. * To accept UPI payments via RuPay credit cards, you’ll have to enable it manually under _Cards_ > _Configure_ > _Enable RuPay Credit Cards_. * **Platform Fees** - 0.5% per transaction (2.15% for RuPay Credit Cards) * **Payout Availability** - T+1 Business Days ### UPI AutoPay Customers can authorise recurring payments via their UPI. Once set up, payments will be deducted from their linked accounts without the need for repeated authorisation. * **Mandate Enrollment Fee** - ₹7.50 * **Mandate Execution Fee** - ₹5.00 for amounts up to ₹1,000, and ₹15.00 for amounts above ₹1,000 **Notes:** * A 2% fee is charged on mandate executions made through UPI using RuPay Credit Cards, regardless of the amount. * This feature is currently available on request. To enable, [contact us.](https://www.zoho.com/in/payments/contact-us/ "Contact us") ### Cards Zoho Payments supports debit, credit, and prepaid card payments from the following card networks: * Visa * Mastercard * RuPay Payments can be received only using cards issued in India. **Note:** If there are no card transactions for 6 months, this payment method will be disabled for your customers. To enable it, [contact us](https://www.zoho.com/in/payments/contact-us/ "Contact Us"). * **Platform Fee** - 2% per transaction (2.75% for corporate credit cards) * **Payout Availability** - T+2 Business days ### Net Banking Allow your customers to make transfers directly from their bank accounts in India. * **Platform Fee** - 2% per transaction * **Payout Availability** - T+2 business days for standard net banking, and T+1 business day for banking connect. ### Bank Transfer Your customers can make payments manually transferring funds to your bank account using NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS. * **Platform Fee** - 1% capped at ₹10.00 per transaction * **Payout Availability** - T+1 Business days **Notes:** * This feature is available upon request. Any refunds must be issued offline using your preferred payment method. * * * ## Manage Payment Methods You can disable the payment methods at any time based on your business needs or to simply use the one method that works best for your business. To disable a payment method: 1. Go to _Settings_ and then _Payment Methods_. 2. Click **Configure** near the payment method. You can re-enable them anytime.
