Enter a **File Protection Password** to encrypt and secure the exported file. This step is optional. 4. Click **Export**. The payments data will be downloaded to your device in the chosen format. **Notes:** * The File Protection Password must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (such as @, #, $, or !). * For large exports, your data files will be combined into a single encrypted ZIP file and downloaded asynchronously. * * * ## Incomplete Payments An Incomplete Payment refers to a transaction initiated by the customer but not completed, either because it was abandoned or is still being processed. This may occur if the customer closes the payment page, navigates away, or encounters an interruption during the payment process. Once a payment is initiated, wait for its status to change to Succeeded or Failed before allowing your customers to re-initiate it. Initiating another payment before the status is updated may result in duplicate transactions. The payment status will be updated based on the transaction outcome: **Status** **Description** **Initiated** The payment process has been initiated and is awaiting authentication. **Processing** The payment is currently being processed by the bank. **Incomplete** The payment was initiated but not authenticated, or was abandoned by the customer. For example, in UPI payments, the customer may generate a QR code but not approve it in the app, or in card payments, the customer may enter card details without completing OTP authentication. **Cancelled** The payment was cancelled by the customer. In some cases, the bank may still process it and mark the payment as successful. To view the incomplete payments: 1. Go to the _Payments_ module. 2. Click the **Incomplete Payments** button in the top-right corner. [![Incomplete Payments](/in/payments/help/payments/payments-overview.png)](/in/payments/help/payments/payments-overview.png) 3. Click an incomplete payment to view an overview of the transaction.
