How can I check the status of a payment I made through Zoho Payments?
When you make a payment to a merchant through Zoho Payments, you’ll be required to enter your phone number. You can check your payment status on the Zoho Payments website using this phone number. To check your payment status:

Go to Zoho Payments' support page and click the Customer tab.

Enter the phone number you provided while making the payment.

Enter the CAPTCHA and click Send OTP.

Enter the 7-digit OTP sent to your phone number and click Submit OTP.
You’ll see a list of transactions associated with your phone number, along with their status.
If you require assistance regarding a particular payment:
- Select the payment you have questions about.
- Fill in your Name, Email Address, and a brief description of your query.
- Submit the form to contact support.
Once your request is submitted, our support team will review and respond to your query.
