Is it possible to swap the subscription between two organizations?

Yes, it is possible to swap subscription, but there are a few pre-requisites:

1. Both the organizations should be in the same edition and domain.
2. The organization to which you want to change the plan should either be in Free or Trial plan.
3. You should be an active admin in both the organizations.
