I have incurred some personal expenses on my company card. How do I record them?

If you’ve incurred personal expenses from your card, you can mark them as personal while converting the transactions to expenses. To do this:

  1. Go to Expenses.
  2. Click + New Expense in the top right corner and navigate to the From Cards tab.
  3. Hover over the transaction and click Convert to Expense.
  4. Click Add Manually.
  5. Mark the Personal checkbox and click Save and Close.

If Auto-match/create expenses for corporate card transactions is enabled for your organization, you can edit the expense and enable the Personal check box from the Expenses module.
