How can an advance be applied to a report?

Once the advances are recorded, you can apply them to reports. If your organisation has set up an approval workflow for advances, you can apply them to reports once they are approved. To apply an advance to a report:

  1. Go to Advances.
  2. Click Apply to report at the right corner of the advance you wish to apply to a report.
  3. Select the report to which you want to apply this advance or click + Add To New Report to create a new report and apply the advance to the same.
