Yes, you need to pay for every organization that you create after the trial period expires.

When you sign up for zoho books, you will have a trial period of fourteen days during which you can use and test the software. Once the trial expires, you need to upgrade to a PAID plan. If you create multiple organizations, you need to upgrade each one of them to a paid plan individually.
