[Back](./) # How do I whitelist URLs that are included in SMS notifications? **Prerequisite:** This is applicable only if you are registered as an enterprise with a DLT operator. Zoho Books use shortened URLs in its SMS notifications to send messages to customers. According to TRAI’s latest regulations, it is mandatory to whitelist the URLs included in SMS notifications. If not, TRAI might block the SMS notifications you send your customers, and you may also be charged for it. To whitelist short URLs included in SMS notifications: * Visit your DLT operator’s website and navigate to **CTA Whitelisting** section. * Select **URL** as the _CTA Type_ and **Short Domain/URL** as the _Link Type_. * Provide the following details: * Select **https** in the _Protocol_ field. * Enter **zspay.co** as the _Short Domain_. * Select the required header in the _Header_ field. * Click **Submit**. If required for your business, you must whitelist the long/dynamic URLs to comply with TRAI regulations. Here’s how: * In your Zoho Books organization, select the required transaction for which you want to whitelist the long/dynamic URL. * Go to the transaction’s _Details_ page and click **Share** at the top of the page. * In the pop-up that appears, click **Generate Link**. A link will be generated. * Click **Copy Link**. **Note:** For the **Payment Links** module, the shortened links will already be generated. You can paste the link into a browser and copy the long URL that appears. The part of the URL up to the question mark (?) is static, while the part after is dynamic. * Visit your DLT operator’s website and navigate to **CTA Whitelisting**. * Select **URL** as the _CTA Type_ and **Long/Dynamic URL** as the _Link Type_. * Enter the static part of the copied in the URL field. You can also provide the link in the _Sample URL_ field. * Click **Submit**. Similarly, repeat this process for all the required modules whose transactions are shared with CTA URLs through SMSes. **Note:** It might take a while for the CTA URLs to be whitelisted. You can check the status in your DLT operator’s portal. Once whitelisted, you can send SMS messages to your customers using the approved CTA URLs.
