Why aren’t my transactions updating the stock levels of inventory-tracked items in Zoho Books?
If stock levels are not updating for inventory-tracked items when you record a transaction:
- Only the transactions that include inventory-tracked items will affect the stock levels in Zoho Books.
- Only the transactions marked as Sent or Open will affect the stock levels of inventory-tracked items.
Ensure that both these conditions are met before you check the stock levels for the respective items.
