# When pushing a transaction to GST, I get an error stating the place of supply must be Other Territory and not a foreign country. How can I fix this?

The place of supply should be the exact location where the goods are delivered. If you have selected _Foreign Country_ as the place of supply, you will not be able to push the transaction to GST. You need to select the place of supply as **Other Territory** for the transaction.

**Note:** If the item is being invoiced for a customer located outside India, the GST treatment should be selected as _Overseas_.
