How do I generate e-way bills in bulk?

To generate the e-way bills in bulk, you have to export them from Zoho Books as a JSON file and upload them in the E-Waybill System website.

To export e-way bills in Zoho Books:

• Go to the e-Way Bills module in the left sidebar.
• Select the e-Way Bill Status as Not Generated.
• Click the check box next to the e-way bills that you want to generate in bulk.
• Click Export as JSON at the top.

• In the pop-up that appears, choose the location where you want to save the file and click Save.

The JSON file will be downloaded in your system and you can upload it into the EWB portal to generate multiple e-way bills at once.

To upload the JSON file on the E-Waybill System website:

• Go to the E-Waybill System website.
• Click Login in the top right corner.
• Enter your GST credentials, the captcha displayed and click Login.
• Click E-Waybill in the left sidebar and select Generate Bulk from the dropdown.
• On the following page, click Choose file and upload the JSON file that you downloaded.
• Click Upload & Generate.

After the JSON file is processed, the e-way bills will be generated and the details of all the e-way bills generated will be listed. If there are errors in any e-way bill, the errors will be listed next to the e-way bill.
