After digitally signing my invoice, I’ve noticed that the signature is displayed in the footer section instead of its designated position. What should I do?
The signature will be displayed in the designated position if you have specified a label name for the signature field in the template. To enter the label name,
- Go to Settings and navigate to Customisation.
- Select PDF templates and choose Invoices.
- Edit the default template.
- From the left side panel, click Other Details.
- Scroll down to Signature section and enter the required signature label in the label field.

- Save the template.
