After digitally signing my invoice, I’ve noticed that the signature is displayed in the footer section instead of its designated position. What should I do?

The signature will be displayed in the designated position if you have specified a label name for the signature field in the template. To enter the label name,

  • Go to Settings and navigate to Customisation.
  • Select PDF templates and choose Invoices.
  • Edit the default template.
  • From the left side panel, click Other Details.
  • Scroll down to Signature section and enter the required signature label in the label field.
