Why am I unable to import my bank statements?

If you’re unable to import your bank statements in the Banking module, ensure that:

  • You use a suitable file format to import statements. The valid file formats are: PDF, CSV, TSV, XLS, OFX, and QIF.
  • When you’re importing a PDF file, download the file directly from your bank’s website and import it into Zoho Books without changing the file’s name.
  • All the necessary fields are present in your import file and they are mapped correctly to the corresponding fields during import.

Warning: If the statements are still not imported and a delay message appears, wait up to 48 hours to process the statements. If they don’t appear even after the specified time, reach out to us support.india@zohobooks.com.
