Plans for Zoho Books
After signing up for Zoho Books, you can start using the 14-day free trial of the product. During the trial period, you’ll have access to the full-featured Zoho Books. After your trial is over (or even during your trial), you can subscribe to one of the plans to continue using Zoho Books. You can select a plan on Monthly or Yearly basis.
We have six subscription plans for Zoho Books (India Edition):
The free plan meets the basic accounting needs of a small business. You can create up to 1,000 invoices/year, have 3 users in an organisation and 1 GSTIN.
The Standard plan is tailored for small businesses with features like automated bank feeds, e-invoicing, reporting tags, custom fields and more. You can create up to 5,000 invoices/year, can have 3 users for an organisation and 1 GSTIN.
The Professional plan is built and designed for small to medium-sized businesses with additional features such as automation, vendor portal, projects, and more. You can create up to 10,000 invoices/year, can have 5 users for an organisation, and 2 GSTINs. It comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 10 employees.
The Premium plan offers end-to-end accounting with automation, price lists and landed costs. It is designed to cater to the needs of medium scale businesses. You can create up to 25,000 invoices/year, can have 10 users for an organisation and 3 GSTINs. It comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 20 employees.
The Elite plan offers a scalable solution that comes with all accounting features along with advanced inventory control to manage orders, warehouses, and track orders. You can create up to 1,00,000 invoices/year, can have 15 users for an organisation and 3 GSTINs. It also comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 20 employees.
The Ultimate plan is packed with accounting, inventory management, advanced reporting and analytics. You can create up to 1,00,000 invoices/year, can have 25 users for an organisation and 3 GSTINs. It also comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 20 employees.

You will be able to purchase the following add-ons:
Users are those who have access to your Zoho Books organisation. The Free, and Standard plan support 3 users, Professional plan supports 5, Premium plan supports 10, Elite plan supports 15, and Ultimate plans support 25 users. If you require additional users, you can purchase the user add-on of Zoho Books for ₹150/user/month billed annually.
You can auto-scan a receipt while recording an expense and the expense details will be automatically captured in the bill from where they can save it. You can buy 50 autoscans per month that will be billed annually at ₹5028.
Businesses that operate from more than one location or different verticals might have multiple GSTINs. The Free and Standard plan of Zoho Books supports 1 GSTIN, the Professional plan supports 2 GSTINs, and the Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans support 3 GSTINs. If you need more GSTINs, you can purchase the add-on for ₹600/GSTIN/month billed annually. With the the addition of a GSTIN, you also get to create additional 10,000 invoices.
You can add employees and manage their salaries with Zoho Payroll. The Professional plan in Zoho Books lets you add up to 10 employees, and Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans supports up to 20 employees. You can purchase more employees as add-on at ₹50/employee/month billed annually.
Note: You need to be in the Professional plan or higher if you want to purchase additional employees as add-ons.
With snail mails, you can send a hard copy of your estimates/invoices to the shipping address of your customer. You can buy snail mail credits at ₹140/credit.
Send SMS messages to customers to keep them informed about the invoices and payments. You can buy them for ₹75/credit (1 credit = 300 SMS).
Select the number of warehouses you will need to pack and ship items. Elite and Ultimate plans allow you to manage up to 5 warehouses. If you want to manage more warehouses, you can buy additional warehouses at ₹500/month/warehouse when billed annually and ₹600/month/warehouse when billed monthly.
Track your orders, shipments, and manage deliveries. You can buy additional 50 orders & 50 shipments for ₹360/month.
