Plans for Zoho Books
After you sign up for Zoho Books, you can start using the product in your 14-day trial period. After your trial is over (or even during your trial), you can subscribe to any one of the paid plans to continue using Zoho Books. Plans can be selected on an Yearly or Monthly basis.

We have five subscription plans for Zoho Books:
The Standard plan meets the basic accounting needs of a small business. You can create up to 5,000 invoices/year, can have 3 users for an organisation and one GSTIN. It comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 10 employees (Free Plan).
The Professional plan is built and designed for small to medium sized businesses with additional features such as automation, vendor portal, projects and more. You can create up to 10,000 invoices/year, can have 4 users for an organisation and 2 GSTINs. It comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 10 employees.
The Premium plan offers end-to-end accounting with automation, price lists and landed costs. It is designed to cater to the needs of medium scale businesses. You can create up to 25,000 invoices/year, can have 7 users for an organisation and 3 GSTINs. It comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 20 employees.
The Elite plan offers a scalable solution that comes with all accounting features along with advanced inventory control to manage orders, warehouses and track orders. You can create up to 1,00,000 invoices/year, can have 15 users for an organisation and 10 GSTINs. It also comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 20 employees.
The Ultimate plan is packed with accounting, inventory management, advanced reporting and analytics. You can create up to 1,00,000 invoices/year, can have 15 users for an organisation and 10 GSTINs. It also comes integrated with Zoho Payroll for 20 employees.

You will be able to purchase the following add-ons:
Users are those who have access to your Zoho Books organisation. The Standard plan supports 3 users, Professional supports 4, Premium supports 7, Elite, and Ultimate plans support 15 users. If you require additional users, you can purchase the user add-on of Zoho Books for ₹120 per user per month or ₹100 per user per month billed annually.
You can auto-scan a receipt to while recording an expense and the expense details will be automatically captured in the bill from where they can save it. You can buy 50 AutoScans per month at ₹249/month if billed annually and ₹299/month if billed monthly.
Businesses that operate from more than one location or different verticals might have multiple GSTINs. The Standard plan of Zoho Books supports 1 GSTIN, the Professional, Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans support 2, 3, 10, and 10 GSTINs respectively. If you need more GSTINs, you can purchase the add-on for ₹599 per GSTIN per month or ₹499 per GSTIN per month billed annually. With the the addition of a GSTIN, you also get to create an additional 10,000 invoices.
You can employees and manage their salaries with Zoho Payroll. You can have up to 10 employees if you are on the Standard, Professional plans and 20 employees on higher plans. You can purchase more employees as add-on at ₹600/employee on a yearly basis or ₹60/employee on a monthly basis.
With snail mails, you can send a hard copy of your estimates/invoices to the shipping address of your customer. You can buy snail mail credits at ₹140/credit.
Send SMS messages to customers to keep them informed about the invoices and payments. You can buy them at ₹75/credit (1 credit = 300 SMS).
Select the number of warehouses you want to pack and ship items. Elite and Ultimate plans allow you to manage up to 10 warehouses. If required, you can buy additional warehouses at ₹600/warehouse if billed yearly and ₹60/warehouse if billed monthly.
Track your orders, shipments and manage deliveries. You can buy additional 50 Orders & 50 Shipments at ₹5,988 if billed yearly and ₹599/add-on if billed monthly.
