Payments Received Preferences

Let’s have a look at the various settings you can configure for the Payments Received module in Zoho Billing.

Arrange Payment Modes on Hosted Payment Pages

You can configure the order in which the available payment modes should be shown on the hosted payment pages. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Payments Received under Sales in the Module Settings pane.
  • Navigate to the General tab.
  • Drag to reorder the payment modes in your preferred order.
  • You can also add a description next to each payment mode.
  • Click Save.

You can navigate to the payment gateway configuration page by clicking the Configure Gateway at the top.

Field Customization

You can add multiple custom fields for the Payments Received module and assign different data types for each of them. Learn more about Field Customization.
