Integrate Zoho Billing with Zoho Expense
Integrating Zoho Billing with Zoho Expense brings employee expense management into the same ecosystem as your billing operations. When you activate the integration, your organization’s data is immediately available in Zoho Expense, so you can manage employee trips, expense reports, advances, and reimbursements without maintaining separate records.
This integration is built for Zoho Billing customers who need to track and approve internal business expenses alongside their customer-facing billing workflows.
Benefits of the Integration
By integrating Zoho Billing with Zoho Expense, you can:
- Use your Zoho Billing customers directly in Zoho Expense without adding them again. Employees can assign expenses to existing customers and projects from the moment the integration is active.
- Mark employee expenses as billable in Zoho Expense and raise invoices for those costs in Zoho Billing without entering the same data twice.
- View revenue data from Zoho Billing and cost data from Zoho Expense without exporting data manually.
Set Up the Integration
When you activate this integration, your Zoho Billing organization is linked to a Zoho Expense organization, making your billing data available to your expense management workflows.
To set up the integration:
- Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Zoho Apps under Integrations & Marketplace in the Extension and Developer Data pane.
- Click Try Now next to Zoho Expense.
