Describe your current role in the organization.
I lead the marketing function for Zoho Recruit, working with a team of talented marketers to strengthen its brand visibility and market presence. My role is to provide direction, simplify execution, and ensure the team can focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
I collaborate across content, campaigns, and user education to build a consistent narrative for the product. In addition, I manage budgets, oversee events, and drive outdoor advertising initiatives. Ultimately, I’m responsible for how Zoho Recruit shows up in the market and ensuring our efforts translate into real impact.
What role does Zoho’s company culture play in your identity and the work that you do?
Zoho’s culture has quietly shaped how I approach both work and life. It values long-term thinking, ownership, and the freedom to experiment and that has influenced how I make decisions and lead my team. I’ve learned to trust ideas, give people space, and focus on building things that last, instead of chasing quick wins. Over time, that mindset becomes part of your identity.
What were the highest and lowest points of your journey with Zoho?
A defining moment for me was being asked to speak at Zoho Recruit’s first partner conference. I was nervous, more than I let on, but I chose to step into it anyway. That experience stayed with me.
It wasn’t just about that one talk; it gave me the confidence to take on many more speaking opportunities that followed. There are no lows at Zoho. I can’t think of any. We win or we learn.

Your most embarrassing blunder?
Early on at Zoho, I scheduled a webinar and confidently chose not to send reminders because I believed people would remember it like a doctor’s appointment. Turns out, they didn’t. That belief only lasted until I logged in and realized I was the only one there. Safe to say, I’ve never skipped reminders since.

What are your hobbies or favorite activities outside of work?
I enjoy cooking, playing football, and travelling—each in its own way keeps me grounded. Weekends are usually reserved for watching Arsenal play, a ritual I rarely miss. Recently, I’ve picked up squash as well, adding a new layer to staying active.
Long road trips with my partner are my escape—there’s something about driving that clears my mind like nothing else. I also spend a good amount of time reading history. Balancing all of this with work helps me stay both mentally sharp and physically energized.
Words of Wisdom
I’m too young to be advising, but I love this quote by Steve Jobs for young leaders: “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.”
