Life at Zoho

Describe your current role in the organization.

I lead the email deliverability development team for Zoho’s marketing products and also head the antispam engine for our email marketing product. Beyond the desk, I represent Zoho as a speaker at marketing events.

What role does Zoho’s company culture play in your identity and the work that you do?

Zoho’s culture keeps things refreshingly simple. Here, life isn’t about flashy purchases or chasing trends; it’s about genuine connections, healthy competition, and contentment. The balance makes it feel like home.

What were the highest and lowest points of your journey with Zoho?

One of the most exciting moments in Zoho was when I was invited as a speaker to share technical insights across different countries.

A challenging moment was when I had to give up my first work assignment to realign and work on a different goal. While it was a tough decision at the time, it became a valuable life lesson.

journey

Your most embarrassing blunder?

There was a day when I slept on a sofa near my desk overnight and woke up the next morning to people walking in. Definitely an unforgettable moment!

hobbies

What are your hobbies or favorite activities outside of work?

Zoho comes alive with vibrant celebrations during festive seasons like Pongal and Ayudha Poojai. I, along with my dance crew, perform on stage during these events. Hitting the dance floor at Zoho is my favorite way to unwind—and it definitely clears my cardio debt.

I also enjoy playing football. Both dance and football keep me energized and refreshed; they’re my personal substitutes for caffeine.
