Create custom user profiles
Zoho FSM provides 5 default user profiles to manage your workforce efficiently. Since the needs of every field service business are unique, Zoho FSM also allows you to create a custom user profile with modified access and permissions.
The default user profiles cater to different roles in a field service organization like Call Centre Agent, Field Agent, Dispatcher, and so on. You can clone one of them to create a custom profile where you can edit what the user can access and how they interact with the records. You can extend the permission of a field agent to include sales responsibilities or hide pricing details from a Dispatcher based on your organization's needs.
