Android smartphones have built-in battery optimization features that may limit the background activity of apps like Zoho Billing, preventing them from recording mileage expenses or refreshing data. To resolve this, you can disable battery optimization for Zoho Billing on your device. This guide provides steps for popular smartphones to ensure the app runs smoothly. **Device** **Android Version** **Steps to Disable** **Samsung** Android 11 & below * Go to _Settings_ and select **Apps**. * Select **Zoho Billing**. * Click **Battery**. * Click **Optimise battery usage**. * Slide the **Zoho Billing** toggle. Android 12 & above * Go to _Settings_ and select **Apps.** * Select **Zoho Billing.** * Click **Battery.** * Click the **Unrestricted** option. **OnePlus** Android 11 & below * Go to _Settings_ and select **Apps**. * Select **Zoho Billing**. * Click **Battery**. * Click **Don't optimize**.
