# Where will I receive my customer replies to the email notifications?

*   If the email notifications are sent from **[service@sender.zohobilling.com](mailto:service@sender.zohobilling.com)** - the replies will be received in the organization’s current primary email address.
*   If the email notifications are sent from one of your email address - the replies will be received in the email address that notifications are sent from.
