You can modify information such as plan name, pricing, billing frequency, features, or visibility settings as your business requirements change. Here’s how to edit a plan: * Go to **Plans** under _Product Catalog_. * Select the plan which you want to edit. * Click **Edit**. * Make the required changes. * Click **Save** to save changes. Once the changes are saved, the updated plan details will apply to new subscriptions created afterward. Existing subscriptions will remain unchanged. ## Marking a Plan as Inactive or Active Marking a plan as inactive allows you to make a subscription option unavailable for new subscriptions while retaining its existing data. Inactive plans can be reactivated at any time to resume availability. Here’s how to mark a plan as inactive: * Go to **Plans** under _Product Catalog_. * Select the plan which you want to mark as inactive. * Click **Mark as Inactive**. The plan will be marked as inactive. Once marked as inactive, the plan cannot be used for new subscriptions until it is reactivated. To mark an inactive plan as active again: * Go to **Plans** under _Product Catalog_. * Select the plan which you want to mark as active. * Click **Mark as Active**. The plan will be marked as active. Marking the plan as active again makes it available for use while preserving all historical subscription and configuration data. ## Sharing Plans Sharing a plan allows you to provide customers with a hosted payment page for subscriptions. This enables customers to subscribe to a plan directly via a URL, QR code, embedded iframe, or HTML button. **Note:** Payment gateway has to be configured to view the Plan URL.   * Go to **Plans** under _Product Catalog_. * Select the plan for which you want to share a hosted payment page. * Click **Share Hosted Payment Page**. * Click **\+ Include Addon** to associate addons to the hosted page. * Select a pricelist from the dropdown under _Price List_. * You can share the hosted page in various modes. Mode Description URL \* Navigate to the **URL** tab. \* Click **Copy** under the URL to share the link with your customers, allowing them to access the plan’s hosted payment page directly. QR Code \* Navigate to the **QR Code** tab. \* Click **Download QR Code** under the QR code to save and share it with your customers. \* They can scan the code to subscribe to the plan via the hosted payment page. Embedded iframe \* Navigate to the **Embedded iframe** tab. \* Click **Copy** to get the code needed to embed the full hosted payment page on your website as an iframe. HTML Button \* Navigate to the **HTML Button** tab. \* Enter a name for the button in the _Button Label_ field. \* Click **Copy** to get the code for a button you can place on your website, which directs customers to the hosted payment page. Once shared, customers can access the plan through the selected mode URL, QR code, embedded iframe, or HTML button and complete their subscription seamlessly. ## Cloning Plans Cloning a plan allows you to create a new plan by copying the configuration of an existing one. This helps save time when creating similar plans with minor differences in pricing, features, or billing settings. Here’s how to clone a plan: * Go to **Plans** under _Product Catalog_. * Select the plan which you want to clone. * Click the **More** icon at the top. * Select **Clone**. * Make the required changes and click **Save**. Once cloned, the new plan will retain the configuration of the original plan. You can make any necessary changes before saving, ensuring that the cloned plan meets your requirements. ## Related Reports You can analyze plan related data such as subscriptions, usage, and revenue using reports. They provide useful insights into how your plans are performing and are commonly used for monitoring and decision making. Here’s how to delete a plan: * Go to **Plans** under _Product Catalog_. * Select the plan which you want to delete. * Click the **More** icon at the top. * Select **Delete**. * Click **OK** to confirm the action. Once deleted, the plan will be permanently removed and cannot be used for future subscriptions.
