## Zoho Billing - Product, solutions, integrations, support, and resources Index Access the complete documentation index at: https://www.zoho.com/fr/billing/llms.txt Use this file to discover all available documentation pages before proceeding. # Manage Your Account ## Upgrade Your Plan When you sign up for Zoho Billing, you’ll get a 14-day free trial that lets you explore different paid plans. You can explore the features available in the plan. Once the trial period expires, you’ll have to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Zoho Billing. After subscribing to a plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by paying the difference in price. Here’s how: * Go to **Settings**. * Select **Manage Subscription** under _Organization_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane. * Click **Change Plan** in the top-right corner and you will be redirected to the _Zoho Store_ page. **Note:** Plans can be selected on a **Monthly** or **Yearly** basis. * In the _Subscription Details_ page, click **Change Plan**. * Select **Upgrade** under the higher plan to which you want to upgrade. * Verify your plan details before proceeding to make the payment. * Click **Make Payment**. On successful payment, your organization will be switched to the corresponding plan that you’ve selected. **Note:** The payment you make will be for a single organization in Zoho Billing. If you have multiple organizations, you'll have to upgrade each of them separately to the paid plan. ## Downgrade Your Plan **Note:** * Once you downgrade your plan, the price difference will not be refunded. * You cannot downgrade if you have already reached the usage limit of any feature. To downgrade your subscription: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Go to **Settings**. * Select **Manage Subscription** under _Organization_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane. * Click **Change Plan** in the top right corner and you will be redirected to the _Zoho Store_ page. * In the _Subscription Details_ page, click **Change Plan**. * Select the plan you want to downgrade to by clicking **Downgrade** under the plan name. * Click **Yes, Proceed With Downgrade**. Your organization will be downgraded to the corresponding plan that you’ve selected. ## Cancel Your Subscription You can cancel your Zoho Billing subscription if you want to stop using Zoho Billing. Once you cancel, all your data in Zoho Billing will remain in the read-only mode, from where you’ll be able to view the data but not perform any actions on it. To cancel your plan: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Go to **Settings**. * Select **Manage Subscription** under _Organization_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane. * Click **Change Plan** in the top right corner and you will be redirected to the _Zoho Store_ page. * In the _Subscription Details_ page, click **Cancel Subsbcription**. * Check **Downgrade automatically at the end of the current billing cycle** to cancel your subscription when the billing cycle ends, or uncheck it to cancel it immediately. * Click **Move to Free Edition**. **Note:** If you partially cancel your subscription, read our [refund policy](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/common-faqs/articles/what-is-your-refund-policy#Zohos_Customer_Satisfaction_Policy) to know how refunds are processed after cancellation.
