## Zoho Billing - Product, solutions, integrations, support, and resources Index Access the complete documentation index at: https://www.zoho.com/fr/billing/llms.txt Use this file to discover all available documentation pages before proceeding. # Personalize Zoho billing provides a variety of options to personalize your organization. Let us take a look at some of them. ## Update Your Email Address The email address that you had provided while signing up for Zoho Billing will be your registered or primary email address by default. To update it: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Click the _User Profile_ icon in the top right corner, and select **My Account** from the right pane that appears. * You’ll be redirected to the _Zoho Accounts_ **(accounts.zoho.com)** page. * In the _Zoho Accounts_ page, go to _Profile_ in the left sidebar, and select **Email Address**. * Under _My Email Addresses_, click **\+ Add Email Address**, and enter a new email address. Verify the email address by entering the OTP sent to the entered email address, and click **Add**. * Next, hover over the new email address, and click **Mark as Primary** on the right. Now, the email address you marked as **Primary** will be used for your Zoho Billing account. ## Change Password To change your Zoho account password: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Click the **User Profile** icon in the top right corner, and select **My Account** from the right pane that appears. * You’ll be redirected to the _Zoho Accounts_ **(accounts.zoho.com)** page. * Go to _Security_ on the left sidebar and click **Change Password** next to on the _Password_ pane. * In the popup that follows, enter your current password, then enter the new password confirm it. * If you’ve forgotten your current password, click **Forgot Password?** to reset it. * Click **Change Password** to save your new password. Your new password will now be set. **Note:** If you want to terminate all the existing browser and mobile app sessions, go to **Security** > **Device Sign-ins** in the [Zoho Accounts](https://accounts.zoho.com) page. Check the device type, select the sessions you want to terminate in the popup, and click **Delete**. ## Change Theme To change the organization’s theme: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Go to **Settings**. * Select **Branding** under _Organization_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane. * In the _Branding_ page, customize the following options: * **Appearance:** Choose between **Dark Pane** and **Light Pane**. * **Accent Color:** The default color is **Blue**. You can change it to **Green**, or **Yellow**. To choose a custom color, click the **Custom Color** icon, select your preferred color or enter a hexadecimal code, and click **Apply**. **Note:** The color you select will also be applied to other Zoho Finance applications integrated with your Zoho Billing organization, as well as the customer portals. ## Add or Remove Your Logo The logo you add will appear in _PDF templates_ and _Email Notifications_ for your transactions. To add or remove your logo: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Go to **Settings**. * Select **Profile** under _Organization_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane. * Under _Organization Logo_, select **Upload Your Organization Logo** to add a new logo. * To remove an existing logo, click the **Delete** icon under the logo. ## Delete Organization **Prerequisite:** It is strongly recommended to take a backup of the organization before deleting it, as all data will be permanently deleted. To delete your organization: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Click the _Organization Name_ dropdown in the top right corner, and select **Manage** from the panel that appears. * Click the **More** icon next to the organization you want to delete, and select **Delete**. * In the _Delete Your Organization_ popup, read the information provided, mark **I want to permanently delete this Zoho Billing organization and its contents**. * Click **Delete Organization**. ## Leave Organization **Prerequisites:** * If you’re the last **Admin** and the only user in the organization, you cannot leave. You must [delete](/fr/billing/help/personalize/#delete-org) the organization. * If you’re the only admin with other users, you must make one of them an **Admin** before leaving the organization. * You cannot leave an organization if you configured integrations for it. Disable the integrations you configured or assign another user as an integration owner before leaving the organization. To leave an organization: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Click the _Organization Name_ dropdown in the top right corner, and select **Manage** from the panel that appears. * Under _My Organizations_, hover over the organization you want to leave from, click the **More** icon to the right, and select **Leave Organization** from the dropdown. * In the popup that follows, check the confirmation box acknowledging that you will no longer have access to the Zoho Billing organization once you leave, and click **OK** to proceed. Now, you will be removed from the selected organization in Zoho Billing. If this organization is available in other Zoho Finance applications, you will still be a user of this organization in those applications. ## Delete Account **Warning:** Deleting your Zoho Account will permanently delete all data associated with it. To delete your account: * Log in to your Zoho Billing organization. * Click the _User Profile_ icon in the top right corner, and select **My Account** from the right pane that appears. * You’ll be redirected to the _Zoho Accounts_ **(accounts.zoho.com)** page. * Go to _Settings_ on the left sidebar and select **Close Account**. * Click **Close Account**. * In next page, click **Proceed** to confirm. Your Zoho account will be deleted.
