View and modify your complete account information for the forms in your organization.

To view and manage your Zoho forms accounts usage, follow the steps below:
- Log into Zoho Forms as Admin/Super Admin.
- In the top right corner, click on the profile picture to access your acount settings.
- Select Account Usage.
Plan name: Specifies the current plan.
Next Payment Date: Specifies the next renewal date.
Forms: Specifies the number of forms used and the maximum limit.
Submissions: Specifies number of form submissions made, number of form submissions available, and the maximum limit.
File Storage: Specifies file storage used, amount of storage available, and the maximum limit.
To rename portal, follow the steps below.
- Login to Zoho Forms as Super Admin.
- In the top right corner, click on the profile picture to access your Account Settings.
- Select Rename Portal.
- In the Rename Portal pop-up, enter the portal name and click Rename.
URLs of your forms will now include the new portal name.To update them reshare and reembed your forms with the new links provided under the Share tab.
