  • How do I remove the "Powered by Zoho" footer in my form?

    This footer will be automatically removed once you upgrade your subscription to any of our paid plans.

  • What are the applications that I can integrate my forms with?

    You can integrate your forms with Google Docs, Salesforce, WebHooks and Zoho apps like CRM, Desk, and Campaigns. Also, the Zapier integrations allow you to integrate with over 750 apps.

  • Why is my form closed?

    Your form may be closed due to the following reasons:

    • If your user roles or permissions have been changed by the Super Admin.
    • The portal name has been changed.
    • If a threat has been detected by our security team.

    In any case, if you find your form closed write to support@zohoforms.com and our team will assist you in accessing your form again.

  • How can I use Zoho Forms privately within my organization?

    You can choose to add users of your organization to Zoho Forms and share forms and reports privately. This works well for leave forms, employee satisfaction forms and feedback forms. You can set up an approval system and assign tasks to your team based on form submissions.

  • What are the different user roles?

    The available user roles are:

    • SuperAdmin: The Super Admin, can specify roles and alter a User's status (active or inactive) in their organization. They can create and share forms/reports, add approvers and assign tasks to Users. Super Admins can also add new Users to the organization.
    • Admin: An Admin has permission to do everything a Super Admin does except change User roles.
    • Respondent: A Respondent cannot create or edit forms, but can access and submit forms, tasks, and approvals assigned to him or her. Also, any report shared with edit permission can be edited, approved or denied by him or her.
    • User: A User can create, access and submit a form. Users can also update records assigned to them as tasks.
    • Guest: A Guest user can only access and submit forms. They cannot create forms.
  • How do I change my portal name?

    • Log in to https://forms.zoho.com with your registered email address.
    • Click on Rename Portal option under the User Profile icon available in the top-right corner.
    • A Rename your Portal pop-up with your existing portal name appears.
    • Enter your desired new portal name and click 'Rename'.
    • Click the Yes, Rename in the alert box, to confirm the changes made.
  • How do I change the form ownership?

    Go to Home >> Forms and hover over the form whose ownership has to be changed. Click on the Change Ownership option, specify the user (new form owner) and click Save.

  • How do I contact the support team?

    You can use the Contact Us option provided in the topbar of Zoho Forms' home page to leave us your comments and queries. Or, write to us at support@zohoforms.com. Our support personnel will get in touch with you.

Subscription & Billing

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Your credit card will be automatically charged on the next renewal date unless explicitly informed by you. In case of cancellation due to any sort of payment failure:

    • Login to https://forms.zoho.com/ with your registered email address.
    • Click on the "Subscription" link available at the top-right corner.
    • You will be redirected to the payment page.

    In the payment page, click on the "Upgrade" button under your desired plan to upgrade your Zoho Forms subscription.

  • How can I upgrade my subscription limit?

    • Log in to https://forms.zoho.com/ with your registered email address.
    • Click on the Subscription link, at the top-right corner.
    • You will be redirected to the payment page.
    • In the payment page, you can view your current plan. Place your mouse cursor over the plan name to find the option to upgrade your plan.
    • Click the Upgrade button under the 'Free' plan to upgrade your Zoho Forms subscription.
  • How do I downgrade my account?

    • Log in to https://forms.zoho.com/ with your registered email address.
    • Click the Subscription link, at the top-right corner.
    • You will be redirected to the payment page.
    • In the payment page, you can view your current plan. Hover over the plan name to find the option to downgrade your plan.
    • Click on the Downgrade button under the 'Free' plan to cancel your Zoho Forms subscription.
  • For how long can I use the Free Plan?

    Zoho Forms' free plan is forever free. You can continue to use it as long as it meets your requirements. To know about all the features that comes under our free plan, check our pricing page.
